BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Pusa Road

I rarely write reviews, but some people deserve to be acknowledged not just for their profession, but for the kind of human being they are Dr. W.V.B.S Ramalingam ** *** **** *** * a true blessing in the field of medicine.

My child was recently treated by Dr. W.V. B.S. Ramalingam, and I must say, I have never come across a doctor so kind, so compassionate, and genuinely empathetic. From the very first consultation, he not only examined my child with utmost care but also understood my worries as a mother. His words were comforting, his presence reassuring, and his approach so gentle – it's almost as if he could feel the pain and anxiety I was carrying.

What sets him apart is not just his medical expertise – which is undoubtedly excellent – but the way he connects with his patients and their families. He doesn’t just hear you, he truly listens with all his heart. He explains every detail patiently, answers every question with clarity, and never once made us feel rushed or unheard.

In a world where medical care is becoming increasingly mechanical, Dr. Ramalingam is a rare soul – someone who brings both healing and hope. He is always just a call away, even during odd hours – ready to help, advise, or simply calm a panicked parent.*** *** *********** *** **** ** ** *** ******* **** ****** * *** **** *** *** ********** *** *** *** ********* ********* *** ****** My son is now doing perfectly well, and I will forever be grateful for the care and comfort we received during those tense days.

If you're looking for an ENT specialist who is not just professionally sound but also deeply humane, look no further than Dr. W.V.B.S Ramalingam. May the world be blessed with more doctors like him.

From the bottom of my heart – Thank you, doctor…forever grateful and may you stay blessed always with good health and happiness all around you * *****

The Doctor is arrogant, disrespectful, has no empathy, disregards other doctors in the same profession, ***** **** ** ** * *** *** *** ****** *** **** *** ******* ** ** ** *** ** *** **** *** ****** *********

My Father called in 15 times to get an appointment, finally, an appointment was given, the doctor told my dad he seems very busy (understandable) and seems only 4-5 patients/day. When my dad went to his clinic there were already 6-7 patients waiting. My Father paid the fees the assistant requested and waited for his turn.

My father is 72+ old, and when my dad's turn was in so he explained to the doctor about his medical condition and what was going on with the case history. The doctor completely disregarded the reports and was not even willing to look into the case history, CT scan, and documents that could have provided valuable information to Dr. Sandeep Nayar by the previous doctor.

He kept insisting take his medications for 5-7 days and come for a Biopsy, then my dad asked to let him know what medications on his prescription are also on the prescription he had with the previous doctor so that he doesn't have to buy new medications? (He asked a valid Question)

To his surprise, he shouted arrogantly if you want to get treated with the other doctor then go there why do you come here?

Dr Manish Jain Sir has given me a new life , he's not just a doctor but an angel sent by God to save my life.Sir came to my life when I was getting suicidal thoughts out of anxiety and at the very first appointment (where i was under so much anxiety that I could hardly talk to doctor Sir) he spoke to me for an hour and made me so comfortable and confident that without medicine I felt so gud and once Sir started my medication I was doing perfectly fine within a week. I could do all my chores without any hassle which seemed so difficult before Sir had started my medication. I started living and enjoying life like before ...

The most important thing about Sir is that he's the only doctor on this planet who talks to his patients in distress without appointment because he's not just a doctor but a beautiful soul who understands what his patient is going through. Also Sir is the only doctor who gives so much time to his patients .I still remember asking him so many questions about my panic and anxiety thing again and again and Sir would answer all my questions with a smile , he would never get irritated or look at the watch . He understands that his patient is in distress and makes sure that the patient gets relief at any cost.He not only looks after his patients but also understands the family too like my daughter is also suffering from anxiety , although I'm his patient still he would always ask and guide for my daughter too , I mean who does that ????? He's definitely not a normal human being he's a pure soul and the bestest of doctors for whom his patient's well being is foremost. And his knowledge about medicines is unmatchable . He's a Super intelligent doctor , I have seen so many doctors but nothing could beat his knowledge about psychaitric medication , he gives the best of medication without any side effects and he's always there to taper off the medication as soon as the patient shows improvement which is very RARE because once u visit a psychiatrist u become a money wending machine for him and he would never want you to stop medication but Sir is completely opposite of other psychaitrists and believes in getting the patient off the medication as soon as possible.

I thank God almost everyday for sending Doctor Sir in my life else I would have died by now. I can never forget how he saved my life.

I owe him my life.

Thanks Sir 🙏

Please understand that this review is coming from someone who is absolutely petrified of medical procedures of any kind. I have this humongous phobia of needles, so you can’t possibly imagine my anxiety when I was diagnosed with brain tumor (right temporal meningioma). I met Dr. Rohit Bansil, on the 13th of June 2024, who upon examining my reports recommended surgery, immediately! Needless to say, I WAS absolutely FLOORED by this guy’s CONFIDENCE, his utmost humility and empathy (of my fears) that nearly 90% of my fear was replaced with faith and the will to live, prior to surgery itself. On the day of the surgery, I wasn’t scared even 1%, that’s the kind of faith I had in him and that’s the kind of confidence he took me under.**** ***** ****** ** *** **** ******** ** ** *** ** *** **** ************* ** *** ******* *** I AM A LIVING TESTIMONY of this guy’s sheer love and dedication towards his profession! I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said that Dr. Rohit Bansil was sent by the Universe to help me, to save and protect me. He is my saviour! I have nothing but respect and admiration of highest regard for him. Post surgery, I am on my way to 100% recovery, all thanks to Dr. Bansil and his terrific team. I respect you, admire you and wish you greater success in healing people like me, Dr. Bansil. Good luck and shine on!!! I am forever grateful. ⭐️ 💫

** **** ****** ** ** ********* ****** **** great expertise in the domain of Neurology. I had recently received a treatment from him for the fatal disease GBS (Gullian Barre Syndrome). He is a very understanding, soft-spoken and empathetic doctor.

However, his administration staff coordinator Miss Ankita is making the mockery of the entire hospital administration. The experience with her is extremely awful and pathetic... Provides the appointment slot for the doctor (for the first follow-up post discharge from hospital) 3 days ago for 1:45 pm and on the date of appointment says no slot is there... Moreover, keeps arguing and refuses to accept her negligence... ******* **** ****** *** **** ******** ******** Please keep the responsible staff for so senior and humble doctor as such unprofessional and insensitive staff is degrading the name of such reputed organization and doctor.

So even though this doctor must be very good but we have to deal with such highly sick staff in order to consult the doctor... Pathetic experience completely... Never consult this hospital!!

Dad was a CGHS beneficiary, and his treatment was going on at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute. For some time(9-10 months), Rajiv Gandhi went off CGHS panel and we **** ****** ** visit BLK and him for the continuance of his treatment.

Dad's cancer never went into remission, and he was on oral chemo drugs for a total of 7 years. This was a continuing treatment, which did not let the cancer spread.

Treatment started with the drugs that were begun at Rajiv Gandhi. The efficacy of the drugs became low as time passed and the primary doctor at Rajiv Gandhi suggested going back to an older generation drug, in consultation with Dr. Dharma. Dr. Dharma told us that he does not agree with the treatment proposed and would not write a prescription for continuance of the treatment with the older drugs.

He called my husband back and told him that since my Dad's was a terminal case, we should stop the treatment since it was not working. ** ***** **** ** ** **** *** *** ******* ** ***** *** ******* *** *** ** **** ****** *** ***** *********** *** **** ** **********

my mother got operated in blk hospital for a fracture in right leg (intertrochanteric fracture). Post this unfortunate incident, the only good thing I was looking for a good doctor to operate my mother. And we got Dr Pramod assigned to this case from emergency. He is a very nice human being and such a patient listener. I have troubled him a lot during surgery, post surgery and day to day issues. There was not even a single instance when he acted like a doctor, he stayed like an extended family member. Highly unexpected as lot of other doctors at blk stay in their own imaginary world of superiority. He was always willing to pick my call and guide us even if that is just a regular consolation. I visited 2 times post my surgery and even though more senior doctor was available but I want to wait for him only - does not matter how long I have to wait. Thank you sir, I do not think I can be of any use/help to you. But if i can ever be of any help, I would consider myself lucky. lots of love and respect.

I’ve been consulting Dr. Rohit for my 65-year-old mother for almost 4 years now. She has advanced liver cirrhosis, and managing her condition has been a long and difficult journey for our family. Through all of this, Dr. Rohit has been a constant source of guidance and support. What I really appreciate about him is his honesty. He never gives false hope or tells you what you simply want to hear. He explains the situation clearly, tells you what to expect, and helps you understand what is actually important. ** **** ***** ********* *** **** *********** ********* ** ********* ******** ***** **** ** * *** ** ********** ** *** ********* What touched me the most was how genuinely he puts the patient first. There was a time when he suggested a good doctor closer to our hometown so that my mother wouldn’t have to keep travelling all the way to Delhi. Even the doctor he recommended turned out to be excellent. That, for me, says a lot about his character and integrity.Dealing with a serious illness like cirrhosis is emotionally exhausting, and having a doctor who is honest, *************, patient, and genuinely invested in the patient's well-being makes a huge difference. Throughout the years, I’m very grateful to have had Dr. Rohit guiding us. I highly recommend him for his expertise, honesty, compassion, and genuine concern for his patients.

Dr. Saurabh Gupta is an outstanding professional and human being. He not only listens to you patiently, responds to all your queries, but makes sure to give you strength to deal with Cancer. The word “Cancer” instils a fear that is extremely difficult to shake. Within 10 day’s of my Father’s major surgery, we got to know that my mother has Breast Cancer, and dealing with Cancer was extremely difficult for the entire family, specifically my mother. However, it was Dr. Saurabh Gupta who gave her such strength and explained her in the most humane way that her cancer is very normal and treatable. This helped my mother to gain a lot of strength to deal with her illness.

In so far as work is concerned, his degrees, designation with illustrious experience of 20 years speaks for itself. In my personal opinion he is a distinguished professional, ***** ******* **** ****** *******

Special thanks to his entire Team including Ms. Neha, who made every process a cake walk for us starting from consultation stage till discharge.

I highly recommend Dr. Poonam Khera, an exceptional Gynecologist and Obstetrician who truly stands out for her warm, compassionate approach *** **** ******* *********. Her patients deeply appreciate how clearly she communicates and how she always puts their comfort and understanding first.

With extensive experience treating conditions like fibroids, abnormal bleeding, and adnexal masses, Dr. Khera is also highly skilled in performing hysterectomies and laparoscopic surgeries. Many patients describe her care as something only a family member could give—genuine, attentive, and deeply supportive.

What truly sets her apart is her commitment to patient well-being beyond the hospital. She prioritizes minimal hospital stays and faster recovery, and even after discharge, she stays in touch—following up through phone or WhatsApp, adjusting medications when needed, and providing ongoing support.

Her coordinator is also available around the clock, making sure every patient feels cared for every step of the way.
