            My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr.Manish Singhal treated her with empathy and positive attitude which helped in giving mental strength to fight the disease and go through the tough phase of the treatment. He has been incredibly helpful and is blessed with all the qualities one would want in a medical professional when dealing with patients and their illness. He is a Doctor par excellence. However, we feel that the Apollo Hospital experiences a high volume of patients, resulting in the supporting staff being overwhelmed. Unfortunately, this led to longer response times during our inpatient stay, requiring continuous follow-ups for nearly every task. Regrettably, our baby lost significant weight within the first and second day due to delays in feeding. Therefore, we highly recommend that serious attention be given to addressing and improving this issue for the benefit of all patients.

I had a fairly simple procedure of getting my dead toenail removed. However when Dr Pandita was inspecting my, at Apollo Hospital sco 26 on 5/8/23, he was using excessive force in lifting my nail which was causing me a lot of pain. I asked him once to please be a bit softer as the nail was digging into my skin and causing bleeding. He proceed to do the exact same thing with the exact same force once again causing me acute pain at which point I grabbed my foot in agony telling him that he was physically hurting me. ** **** ***** ** *** ** **** ***** *** ******* ** ** ******* ** ** ********** **** *** ******** **** **** *** ***** ******** ** **** ****** ** ******* *** ** ***** ** * ******* ** ** ******* ** **** * ******. I understand that he is a senior surgeon but that grants him no right to physically hit and then swear at a patient, leaving him in pain. I went to her for marriage counselling . so in the first session she asked me and my husband questions to understand our situation. The first session was okay and she explained the course of treatment to us . After that she suggested that we come alone. I regretted every moment of it. She was blaming me for my childhood behaviour and when I objected she said that she had to trigger me because I was not sharing enough information by remarking me.She was focused on knowing about my childhood and when I was not comfortable she then blamed me again that she had to interrogate me because I was crying and not sharing .She told me things like this could have happened to anyone instead of understanding me emotionally. Her session increased my anxiety issues rather than comforting me. She was dismissive of my past saying that you had basic needs met and I felt like I didn't deserve any more than that. She told me that my husband is awful. And after that she tells me that if it was an online consultation she would have quit it basically rejecting me.
