Since the patient was already taking amoxiclav since two days so it was not a good decision to change antibiotics, so it was continued. Not changed just for sake of patient. Patient get test for cbc / platelet within 24

Since the patient was already taking amoxiclav since two days so it was not a good decision to change antibiotics, so it was continued. Not changed just for sake of patient. Patient get test for cbc / platelet within 24 hours of fever. He doenst know that platelet falls and also tlc changes are apparent after few days, so asked to repeat cbc after 2 days if don't get better. Dengue test has esp ns1 is negative if sample is collected within 24 to 48 hours of infection. So better to be done after 48 hours and within 9 days.

Mr dheeraj srivastav if you don't know how a doctor thinks and what's the way to treat patients according to guidelines then it's better not write a review which only shows your ignorance and layman attitude.
