In this 1000-word review, I want to share my personal journey with tongue tie, detailing how it has impacted my life, particularly in relation to mouth breathing, shoulder stiffness, neck issues, and a myriad of other symptoms.

My journey with tongue tie began with a series of mysterious symptoms that no one could quite explain. I had been experiencing chronic mouth breathing, even during the day.
