** ** *** **** *** ****** ** *** ******** **** *********His behaviour with patient is good.He is so caring friendly with the patient.He is so much professional person.He explain everything about the actual medical problem of his patient.If anybody facing problem related to ear then I suggest Dr Suven for the treatment.my son Raghav has been suffered the problem of discharged water in his ear.Dr Suven have been done his ear surgery.after surgery Raghav's ear is almost fine.Thanks to Dr Suven.

They recommend 3 tests which already we had previously done. I booked an appointment with an ENT specialist at MAX Hospital, ******** ******* *** **** ** *** ******** *** must have good precautions for Covid-19. At the desired time-slot, Dr. Suven Kalra was the only one available and I was confident that someone who works at MAX must be good, because we've always had a very good experience over there.

I was observing how Dr. Suven Kalra was handling his patient (my family member). The patient is quite old. ** *** ****** *** ********* **** ** ** **** * ******** ***** ******* *********** **** **** * ******* ***** **** * **** ***** I was really unimpressed by my first impression of him.

After the checkup was done, he started writing a prescription without explaining what he saw, in the throat, or even in the ear. We had to ask him for details, which he was just not revealing. All he said was, "it looks alright, but if you say you still have a problem, here's the detailed prescription." I tried to ask him further on a few tablets, to know what exactly they are for? He did not even look at me, when I asked him the second time. I was loud enough (and polite) so he could hear. He kept on looking at my family member to see if they had any questions. I was surprised by his behaviour. Then I asked my family member to ask him about the tablets right in front of him. He then just shook off saying - "they're for the throat". I just thought I'll ask the chemist/pharmacist instead, *** *** *** **** *********** *** *************

So, at the end of it, we had no explanation from him on what he noticed about the organs he checked, and we did not have any explanation on why he is giving the medication, and exactly for what? ** *** ** **** ****** *** *** ** *** **** *** ******* ** ***** I later blamed myself for not pushing him to know more details.

My family member and I are very disappointed with his treatment. We really expected better at MAX Hospital, since they know how to maintain quality. But perhaps, they missed out on this one.

I hope to meet ******* more polite and gentle doctors in the future.

He is so polite and caring at the same time. Does thorough examination and handles the situation gracefully. Would highly recommend him for all the ENT related problems. Great Doctor !
