Dr. Bopanna was calm, did not rush the consultation (which is rare nowadays and very appreciated) and took time to answer my questions. He also did not over prescribed tests or medicine. A great doctor, sadly the staff at Max Specialty Hospital (Saket) was quite rude and unhelpful.

I visited for stomach pain which i was suffering more than one month . He prescribed me medicine for 5 days. Now I m fit.. awasome doctor..
On the first day of visit, he prescribed me some medicine which cost me Rs900. And advised me to go for abdomen ultrasound and full body check up.2nd day I went in and done the ultrasound cost Rs 2900 approx. and full body check up cost 3999 approx.3rd day I went again with full report at hand to show him. But he was not available. Staff asked me to come after two days, but I have to schedule new appointment and I have to pay again of Rs1200consultancy fee 200 registration fee. I was so disappointed and disagreed. Later they sent in another doctor in place of Dr. Sawan. They said he was Sr. doctor for gastrologist and hepatologist. I showed him the report, he said everything is normal and I don't need any treatment. I am happy to learn that everything is normal but still feel unsatisfied.
I have such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sawan Bopanna. He is kind, humble and understand his patient problem very well. Because of him i got a new life.
