Visited the clinic for my Right eye vision which was virtually lost in a week time. Doctor diagnosed and explained in a friendly way that this problem usually occurs after some period of time of cataract surgery. It’s line of treatment suggested was YAG capsulotomy. Dr. Rasheena performed the necessary laser treatment and the vision was restored. Most important to mention is doctor - very experienced and patient friendly. Moreover, under the present scenario of Covid19, sanitisation was at it’s best at every stage in DPLEI hospital @ Lajpat Nagar and clinic @ Vasant Kunj. The staff is very cordial and helpful. My experience is really very good.

This has been our first visit for my son.The appointment was given for 10:30 but doctor met us at around 11:20.The appointmemt management requires improvement.The doctor is very good and explained us the reason behind disease quite well.She has been very congenial and we are satisfied by the recommendations.

Dr Rasheena is very polite and cooperative. She has checked my kid with lot of care and explained the problem properly.

Attending kids with so much of patience is really appreciable.

Overall very nice and hygienic clinic with all facilities and very supportive staff.

Dr. Rasheena has been our eye doctor for 6 years. A few months back my husband was treated by her for Iritis. Her prompt diagnosis and timely treatment was able to save his eyes from further deterioration.She explains the diagnosis and treatment with ease.

There is a serious miscommunication between the staff and the doctor. The doctor scolded the patient without listening to their side of story, I have never ever come across such a rude doctor. Her staff told me over the phone to book appointment at her Lajpat Nagar clinic as her Vasant Vihar didn’t had any slot whereas I never wanted Lajpat Nagar. He convinced me saying let it be booked now and later we will cancel if you get a slot in Vasant Vihar. I just said ok, if you think that’s a good idea. Later I received call from them saying if you don’t turn up today then we will never give you appointment in this lifetime, it was quite shocking to hear that from a doctors clinic and just said ok. I reached her Vasant Vihar clinic 10 mins before time and the moment I entered with my daughter, she should on top of her lungs saying you can’t cancel and re book appointments like this , I’m so busy on weekends and because of you my scheduled is disrupted. She didn’t give me a chance to open my mouth and explain what happened she kept shooing me and scolded my daughter too. Never ever going back to her or recommending her to anyone 0/5 stars for her horrible behaviour. So unlikely of a doctor to behave like that !!!!

I happen to meet Dr. Rasheena at a school and found her to be very polite and helpful. I didn't knew that she was a doctor only upon asking her name I got to know about her profession. Back then i was looking to do a eye checkup and got to meet her. We visited the clinic for the first time for a routine check up in 2018 and our next check up was due in Oct 2019 but we got delayed and then pandemic happened. This was our second visit to the clinic and i'm satisfied with the service.

I am very satisfied with the pre and post operation care provided by the Dr and staff .

Overall behaviour of staff was appreciable . Although Dr ' description towards the problem nd way she sorted is really commendable.
