Thank you for the diet chart which you shared that’s so beneficial and easy to understand which vegetables or products provide what vitamins.

I was suffering from loose motions. I took some remedial measures at home. My condition didn’t improve and frequency of rushing to the toilet increased. I was dehydrated.My wife realised that home treatment won’t work .

I wasn't sure if I was really infected by covid until I lost my sense of smell and taste. But thankfully I had started my medication before that because doctor identified my symptoms.
