Dr. Prakash P. Over all it was good.. but there was a long queue for registration counter and for billing as well… specially in COVID time… same goes to X-ray department.. we had a appointment at 12:30 and it took 1 hour extra to see our doctor… billing counter staff is not professional at all…

Doctor advised me for some blood tests, x-ray &MRI of my right knee. I got all of that done immediately at PSRI itself. Since I am an outstation patient and was having severe pain and could barely walk, hence I wanted to meet him the very next day with the reports. However, though the MRI plates were ready but the report would take some more time. When I informed him of the matter, he insisted that without the written MRI report, he would not see me. The experience was horrible. He was the only one who said that he will set all the fractured bone in one surgery and did that. I am so happy that my son is feeling much better now. And also he can move his elbow.
