I was diagnosed as having an enlarged prostrate gland.and had to undergo certain tests to decide on the method of treatment. I underwent a biopsy in a leading west Delhi hospital and the surgeon there botched up my biopsy with the result that I developed a very severe UTI infection, so much so that my urinary track was blocked and I could not pass urine. The whole night I was in deep pain and in the morning my neighbors suggested to me that I should go and consult Dr P.P. So I when to see him he immediately put me on anti-bio tics and other drugs and told me that I will have to undergo surgery in the next few days. But before this I had to go through a whole body health check up at PSRI. So on 21st June Dr P.P. Singh performed a successful surgery on my prostrate gland and I was kept under his observation and further tests for five days. I must say that the whole staff at the PSRI was very efficient and diligent and Dr P.P. Singh and his URO team took very good care of me. After my discharge I had to do follow up on my surgery for two more months and Dr P.P. Singh made me undergo further tests. What I found very admirable about Dr P.P. Singh was that because of his vast experience *** ********** ****** *** ********* *** he never forgets about his patients once the surgery is over. I have befitted very vastly from *** ****** *** medical experience of Dr P.P. Singh so it is only natural that I recommend him to any one who might be suffering from URO problems. Dr P.P. I feel blessed to be admitted at PSRI hospital for a kidney transplant under Dr P P Singh who heads the transplant unit at the hospital *** *** ******* ******** and experience of all the major and minute details of the surgery. He listen patiently to all the doubts and queries of the patient and then answer in details all the queries with utmost satisfaction.I was diagnosed with CKD in August 2018 with very high level of creatinine (27) and was immediately put on hemodialysis.But hemodialysis has certain limitations like like you have to go to the dialysis center thrice a week and have food restrictions and it's a tiresome process which demoralises the patient.It was during that period the experience of doctors at PSRI especially Dr PP Singh came to our rescue as he advised and strongly recommended to go for kidney transplant and he assured that life will be normal after transplant.Going by his words we opted for kidney transplant and my mother was the donor with 4/6 matching and the surgery was performed on 10 Nov 18 which was successful and I was discharged after 6 days leaving behind all the food restrictions, now I am feeling energetic with lot of appetite and all the parameters like KFT, creatinine level and CBC profile working in the normal range.One more thing I would like to share about Dr Singh is that he is also concerned about the financial aspect of the patient as in my case he had saved a lot of money by suggesting to bypass ATG induction as the Donor was my mother. My father went for regular blood checkups including PSA test in September 2019 . However to our unknown things, The PSA result of my father shot to 38 where the nominal range is below 2 . We consulted Dr.PP Singh in oct first week where we got to know the seriousness of this situation. The doctor was very calm , extremely confident and professional throughout the procedure. After the biopsy performed by Mr.Singh , The Byopsy report confirmed Prostate Cancer . He helped not only the patient but also the family to go through such difficulties. I really can't thank this doctor enough for giving us the confidence to fight this cancer situation . On 31st Oct My father was admitted and operated on 1st Nov 2019 after PET scan . He was in the hospital for a week. The operation was successful ,however due to heavy weight It took the surgery 12 hours than the usual which in turn all of us thanks to the efforts of Dr.PP Singh as he performed Laproscopy only despite open was an option left .He has been a gentle and kind person throughout .

As the doctor said that the PSA level will go down after 2 Months , same happened. My father PSA right now is 0.014 after 2 months of the surgery and regular checkups are going on with Dr.PP Singh .

I visited Dr. P.P.Singh for prostrate treatment. My PSA was @6.28 which was alarming. I was blissfully unaware of the the fact that i was suffering from Prostrate cancer. On Visiting Dr. Singh , he studied all my previous reports and could guess that there was a possibility of cancer. To clear all doubts & possibilities, he did some extensive tests to be certain. He conducted a Biopsy which ascertained the fact of prostrate cancer. I was then called and explained with utmost patience & detail about the decease. The conversation with the doctor had build up my confidence to go ahead with the surgery. He had explained in detail the process of treatment to be undertaken and post surgery temporary challenges. One day I had some pain in stomach and suddenly I started vomiting then I visit near by doctors they old some kidney problems, then I came to PSRI hospital and meet dr pp singh they advise some tests then we came to know that my both kidneys was not working , and I need dylisis after 2 months dylisis dr pp singh suggest us to do KIDNEY TRANSPLANT , my mother came forward to donate kidney , after some tests of my mother dr pp singh proceed to kidney transplant he did very wonderful job and my kidney transplant was very successful
