I had very satisfactory experience with Dr. Nikhil Narain and Staffs of SCI International Hospital. Everyone was polite and humble. OPD, Surgery, Post Surgery visits all were taken care of very efficiently. Specially Dr. Nikhil Narain, he has been very empathetic, calm, soft spoken throughout the procedure. He explained everything in detail about surgery and post surgical care.
I would highly recommend Dr. Nikhil Narain as i had an amazing experience. I am also thankful to Mr. Rahul for assistance in Billing and Ms. Usha for assistance in Consultation, Lab Tests.

When I went for Air Force SSB, I was disqualified due to hemorrhoids. I was so depressed and thought that I would never be selected in Air Force. It was really bad...let's start with the bed in which he examines the patients. It was full of hair and also blood stain. He did internal check up and the discomfort *** **** ********* ***** *****..kept insisting on surgery

Dr. Narain was fine. He explained us the issue and advised us not to go for surgery due to my wife's condition at the time. However, I am not happy with Pristyn Care. They keep sending me a message every week since last 2 months proding me to go for piles surgery . And since these "spam messages" come through SMS there is no way to 'unsubscribe'.

Dr. Nikhil Narain treated me for gallstone and my entire treatment was free of any interruptions. Although, initially I was nervous but the doctor patiently answered all my doubts and I felt much relieved to go for the surgery. One of my major concern was the cost of the treatment, but Pristyn care actively took care of the insurance claims as well. It made the treatment pocket friendly and comfortable for me.

I went to meet Dr. Nikhil Narain at his clinic in Dwarka for my piles surgery. Before that all the discussion was over phone only. But that was never an issue for the treatment. When I stepped into his clinic, I did not realise that I was meeting him for the first time. My surgery could not have been any easier than this.
