Firstly I Consulted Dr. Poonam 5 months back for weight loss diet, She listened to me carefully and not only advised a proper diet due to which I lost almost 23kgs (maximum fat) infact I wasn't sure that things(diet,workout) will work or not but she also helped me to build up confidence which along with her diet plan helped me to achieve my goal in just 3.5 months.
