Some thing are meant to happen in your life and as they will do sometimes you are not aware of how to respond or handle the consequences , well Psychology is one such therapy/Study or I would say a series of activities that can help you with gliding through such unfavourable consequences and times.

The platform won’t be right to discuss what I went through but I can definitely discuss and be a testimonial that how psychowelness and especially Ms Sudipta Das helped me to manage/control my emotions rather than letting emotions controlling me. They usually take an hours session and post to that provide you with series of activities that you ought to do in between your next session and this is just like how a normal doctor prescribes you with medicines that you ought to take in order to make your self feel better and trust when I say this that activities are not just to deviate your mind from the issue that your facing but rather to provide you with a better understanding on how to accept the situation and become more aware about your emotions and actions which definitely helped me out . I can be a testimony to the fact the sessions helped me out , again not to overcome but rather helped me on how to deal with such situations in a much more conscious and a mindful way.

Ms Sudipta Das is really a professional and knows what she is doing and how to deal with the clients. She is very friendly and that also gave me the space to open up about my problems. I consulted her for Relationship issues with my partner and she really helped us. Now i really feel happy and consulting with her for career prospect. I feel really grateful that i found her as my consultant and a friend.

I was able to make great progress for my mental health condition through my therapy sessions with Psychowellness Center. My therapist, Sudipta Das, provided an excellent service particularly through using CBT techniques and I noticed a significant improvement in my mental health condition following each session. Ms Sudipta also had great knowledge of my condition and was able to guide me through an excellent therapy/treatment plan which has worked very well for my recovery.

Dr Das is best. I am able to overcoming from my problem for what I was visited for. A good place for a person who plans to visit for treating mental illness or any other psychological situations.

I went to the doctor for my relationship issues. My partner and me both really needed some light to our relationship and found Dr. Sudipta with the torch.

She is really friendly, deals with the problem and suggest ways to fight the problem and overcome it. Its been wonderful experience and we just can't thanks her enough.

Dr Sudipta Das is wonderful!! I had a great experience getting healed under her guidance. I was very distressed when I went to see the doctor first time. At time I had severe depression with anxiety. I am in a process of resolving my issues and improve my health. Now, about the doctor - she is soft spoken and encouraged me in every aspect. She helped me get into a routine through various exercises. The exercises were simple but brought a major change in my outlook. I have a more positive attitude and I'm learning important life skills from my sessions with the doctor. Thank you

She is surely good, open minded. Understand the problem and tries to help with simple examples. She knows where to start from and what to emphasize when one comes with a problem.
