Dr. Manoj understood the issue prescribed some medicines and gave me a wrist band to be used during workout. It has only been 4 days and the pain has completely gone. The best part about him is that he told me that i could continue going to the gym. It was obvious that rest could have solved the problem but he solved my problem without making me miss the gym. 5 stars to his consultancy
