I was suffering from pain since last 2 years, but when I meet to doctor he advised me some tests and after seen the reports he said that you need to surgery of Vericosele as soon as possible, I done it and now I have no pain , God that thanks to meet with him.

I went to see Dr. Mahendra and Venkatesh for my 8.2 mm kidney stone, which was causing kidney swelling. They inserted a stent, removed it a month later, and assured me everything was fine. However, a week later, I experienced pain and insisted on a CECT UROGRAPHY after an unclear ultrasound. The test revealed several 2.5 mm stones and a stricture in the ureter.

Confronting Dr. Mahendra about this, he callously dismissed the issue. Doctor explained everything very clearly and advised to plan the surgery through Practo. I paid 2000 as Practo asked and got the date as 20June23 in SRS hospital Noida. 2 days before the surgery they said your doctor has now changed, for which I said okay. 1 day before the surgery they said your hospital also need to be changed. I didn't accept it and asked to cancel the surgery. They said as you're cancelling the surgery we will not refund the amount. Really? very very unprofessional. Before 20 June 3-4 practo person called me multiple times and asked the same information, even when I provided the same information to all. Do not opt Practo please. Visit the doctor personally.

I went to consult but I was stressed out , broke down due to life problems and all infront of him. But he was polite enough to calm me down. He Listened to me with calmness, and provided the solution. God bless you sir.
