During pregnancy and post-pregnancy, I had gained a lot of weight which caused a lot of health problems. I used to have severe back pain and restlessness. I consulted Dr Harshita about a year and a half ago and Dr Harshita listened to all my problems, understood my food preferences and designed an efficient and effective diet plan. The diet plan has done wonders; I was able to reduce ~28kgs over a span of one and half years.
