Doctor listened to the problem patiently, suggest the right course without any unnecessary steps. We consulted some other doctors as well but didn't get this kind of experience.

Dr Pallavi is a pleasant personality that make patient comfortable. She has good experience and advise without creating any unnecessary fear. I have just started her treatment for acid reflux and feeling better. Hoping this treatment will help me in long run.

The doctor made us wait for over 60 minutes while she comfortably chatted away with a patient and his family for 40 minutes. Her clinic- A 43/1 Nariana Vihar, was under construction and had a handful labourers violating the covid rules (no masks and social distancing). I can overlook the waiting time period too. But the fact that she asks you to follow up with the report and does not actually respond is nerve wrecking. She is very rude as a human being. After checking the reports she simply texted me to continue the medicines and did not state a reason and when asked repeatedly if my condition was worrisome or not. She charges a decent fee of 1000 INR. I had to consult another doctor because of her lack of courtesy.

My mother and my wife consulted with Dr. Pallavi Garg numerous times and they vouch for her. This was my first time as a patient and my experiance isn't different than my mother or wife. I'm very pleased with my visit.

I was really worried due to some changes in my bowel habits but now after meeting with her I'm feeling much better. She is very patient and listen to all your problems very carefully. She is very friendly and unlike some other doctors, she doesn't scare you without no reason. No unnecessary tests or medicines. We need more doctors like her. I would highly recommend Dr. Pallavi Garg to others!

I was trying to sort out my health issues for the last three months and visited various doctors but didnot find any satisfactory results. Once I visited Dr Pallavi Garg though even taking all precaution of COVID-19,she did not make us feel any discomfort and treat us very calmly and assuredly.Her disease diagnosis ability and its prescription are superb .Very dependable and caring doctor .We are fortunate that such a highly qualified and experienced gastroenterologist is available in west Delhi.

I got to know about her on Practo & after reading the reviews decided to consult her for my problem. She was friendly and explained the things well. Moreover, the way she conducted endoscopy and colonoscopy on me was fabulous. I was a bit afraid when I had to go for these tests. But, she along with other professionals at the clinic made me feel at home.Everything went smoothly, I am undergoing the treatment and hopefully, I shall get rid of all my stomach related problems soon.Moreover, the clinic is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro, so people from far off places can also visit her.

I visited for gall bladder stones about an year ago but the doctor consoled me that gall stones are no bug deal and she srarted treatment for stomach infections. the problem grew very bad with time and I have to undergo emergency surgery. **** **** ********* *** **********

Dr Garg has been exceptional in her diagnosis .My 83 years old father values her treatment and he has been consulting her all the way from Kolkata . Her approach is detailed , precise and most importantly reassuring . I am personally grateful to her for helping my father .

Doctor didn't entertain my queries regarding lifestyle changes cordially. She was telling me by the books things that you can easily find out with a Google search. I wanted to have a discussion about my lifestyle in particular, but she gave cold vibes.
