Finding out that I have a tumour in my right kidney, during company sponsered annual health checkup, by ultrasound, was nerve wrecking. I was then at my workplace at Mundra, Gujarat. Being all alone away from my family, was even more devastating, emotionally.

I rushed to my home at Delhi to investigate further, by doing CECT scan, as suggested by the Doctor at Adani Hospital, Mundra.

I met Dr Kanav Anand, a family aquantaince, at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, who then suggested me to see Dr Vipin Tyagi, after seeing my CECT reports.

All this while, after learning about the tumour, I had done lots of so called "research" on Google only to confuse myself further. when I met Dr. Vipin Tyagi, I was emotionally shattered and had lots of questions. Dr. Tyagi answered all of my queries, very calmly and with evidence based reasoning. Meeting and talking to him was really reassuring and comforting.

After about a week, a radical nefrectomy was performed by Dr. Vipin Tyagi, at SGRH.

I am very happy, I chose him as I find that he is not only a very skillful and experienced surgeon but also a very good teacher and a very cheerful human being.

Dr Vipin Tyagi has time and patience for all your questions and his answers are all scientifically evidence based.

Infact after operation our follow ups n procedures were smooth with no complications. Even his assistant was very helpful. Our family owes him a big thanks.
