Dr. V S Bedi is renowned for offering treatment in varicose veins that is why I thought of taking my father there, unfortunately there was a long queue and despite of getting prior appointment he had to wait for more than 4 hours as the doctor went on lunch & came after 2 hours. Undoubtedly, the doctor checked the problem thoroughly & told my dad to get an X-RAY & then show it to him, my father got the X-RAY done quickly & we went back to his cabin where we were told to wait for 10 mins, my father kept telling them that it's important for us to talk to doctor so please do let us know, after waiting for 15-20 mins we went inside again & to our shock, the doctor had left the clinic. We were quite agitated as despite of telling them repeatedly they didn't have the courtesy to address us, infact they said you can come again tomorrow. People other than doctors too have their schedules & plans, patient's time is equally important as that of doctor's. The patient's time should be given importance too.

Dr.Bedi Sir is well experienced surgeon and mastered in his field, father figure , respected and specialist of vascular surgery.

He gave us new ray of hope when nothing seemed to be possible and we were searching for right treatment from pillar to post for my near and dear ones and literally got fed up to wandering for right treatment endlessly.

But choosing and trusting him was best thing what we have done.

He gave new lease of life to my lovely near and dear ones

May God bless him with good health and properity forever.

Va beddi sir and his team didi the angioplasty of my father ** ** * *** *******earlier i was scared whether i went to the ryt doctor or not but seriously that operation was succesfull and my father is completly fine and his assistant help alot regarding every query and for insurance also i got more than 90 percent claim from ganga ram.i will definitly suggest to this doctor and his team did grt job with minimum cost.highly satidfied

In a starting of the treatment, he told us there is no need of surgery, this can be cured with the medicines. After one year and several round of treatment. This person is saying,we need to operate this and said 40000 rupees will spend on operation. When my father was lying on operation table, his compounder called me said, doctor is saying 60000 needed for this operation as some other problem also need to operate on, however we charge more than 80000 for this operation but giving you discount. I said OK do it. After operation. When my father visited again his clinic in gangaram hospital, he made him wait more than 3 hrs and left the clinic without meeting even though he was well aware that this patient is coming from Bihar and today is his ticket as we have told his compounder. **** ****** ** ****** ***** * ***** **** ** *** *** *** *** ******** **** *** ** ******* *****. *** ** ****** ********* ****** ****** ******** ** ***** **** ***** ******** *******

We have been seeing Dr. Bedi for 6 months now and experience has been decent. Understand doctor keeps busy and it dies take time to book an appointment. However, there have been times when even after reaching on time, random.people were called, making the designated patient wait for hour.

What is the point of taking appointment then! Have been to Gangaram hospital earlier but no such thing was faced with others. In fact, proper token numbers are provided and series are followed.

It will be nice if operational issues are worked so that patient goes satisfied with with doctor and the management staff.

Dr Bedi was very humble, sincere and experienced. The staff is unprofessional as they did not inform that the doctor will be late at his appointments and kept us waiting for 11/2 hours.

Dr vs bedi is sober /seizent dr ,throughly examined patient and inform the benefit of undergoing treatment/operation

He is very understandable Doctor

Very friendly and Polite In Nature

Understands our problem very well
