When he met us he looked barely interested and did not even check the wound properly. As a patient if I am paying you a fee it is a moral duty to hear me out.

We were there after a botched up surgery and he had no pearls of Wisdom but was happy to chat on phone and talk to his non component Secretary and OPD Assistant.
