The doctor was very good in his treatment and diagnosis but the Apollo clinic is a complete mess! There is no coordination of any sorts. Only one staff there to handle from billing to everything else. Token numbers are assigned on random with no preference given to the time slots. The consultation fees mentioned here in 650 however the actual fees being charged is 800, which is okay but an intimation is needed. Upon asking it was told that they have already informed practo long back once the fees increased but if practo hasn't updated, that is not their problem. No guidance is being given to the fact that vitals check needs to be done before consultation in a different room. The patients need to figure it out themselves, coordinate amongst themselves based on the token numbers which are just randomly marked. Again it's not the fault of the doctor as he himself is not aware.

Would definitely recommend Dr Suresh but not Apollo Bellandur clinic.

He was reluctant to listen to that and at first he mentioned to stop using medicine prescribed by my doctor and later on gave the same family medicine. He was not very willing to listen to us which is not acceptable when it comes to treating educated patients.
