Your patient had consulted 3-4 doctors & been under their treatment for 2-3 years without relief prior to visit to CIMBS. A different & suitable medicine (after specifically discussing options & expenditure with you) was suggested with dosage & course as per medical protocols. However, treatment was discontinued mid-way & course was not followed.

Medical treatment requires proper adherence & follow-up. This, it seems, was lacking. We are confident that had treatment been continued as per doctor's advice, patient would have benefited. With proper follow-up, treatment course could also have been suitably adjusted.

If the patient has had recovery recently, it is likely on account of treatment course which was advised. We must understand that slow recoveries in some difficult cases can be because of illnesses, not because of doctors.
