Though I have been working for couple of years somewhere i felt that something about my office atmoshphere, colleagues and seniors were troubling me.

Apart from the those conditions i was not able to concentrate. At first, when i visited Dr. Shiraz, I was hesitant but Doctor's friendiness had helped

me to talk about my problems in detail.

I had been diagnosed with depression and OCD, which impaired my day to day activities due to random and uncontrollable mood swings. But ever since I started my treatment for the same, with Dr. Shiraz, I have been faring well and my condition has improved both mentally and physically. Dr. Shiraz is very skilled at his job and lends a patient ear, which is one of the most important qualities that a patient looks for in his/her doctor. Besides being a good listener he is highly experienced and prescribes medication only when it is absolutely necessary.It is under his guidance and prescribed medication that I've been able to do things with ease which otherwise took a toll on me. Dr Shiraz knows his job well and that is what matters the most to me as a patient at the end of the day. The medicines he has prescribed have made a huge difference. His guidance has helped clear confusion related to certain issues of my illness. I have stopped cutting myself and don't see a chance of a relapse anytime soon. During my in-patient stay at a psychiatric facility where he was my psychiatrist he seemed to be very methodological, which always requires a little bit of strictness I guess so as a patient it can seem harsh in the moment, but in the long run it makes sense.

Doctors nor medications are magicians, I won't become a millionaire overnight, but at least i will be able to have a much less painful, confusing and depressing mindset. These are things for which I can only say thank you.
