Im very hppy with dr ..thank u so much sir ur really great my treat course is 3 months and my face is very clean and no any pimple coming last 4 months on my face after treatment ...

So some one have this problem for pimple plz visit sir clinic surely ur hppy with treatment.....

Overall experience is nice, my acne is cleared but i still have the marks and the doctor already told me that this treatment only deals with the acne not the marks. But i want to suggest please include the marks treatment as well because peeling is not the only option.

I am suffering from a disease which can harm my lips my lips got darkening all over.and i was taking some treatment from some doctors but they are not able to understand the concern so i got treated by sandesh gupta and he is too godd in his work...........nn

It would be great if Dr saab also explain the possible reasons behind the problem and educate the patient on treatment in detail. It was my first visit today and I would love to share my experience once my alopecia is treated. I liked the staff and inhouse medical store with 15% discount.

This was the first time i visited, the doctor is not at all friendly, not even ready to listen to the problem of the patient, i told him the issue he was not ready to listen to my concern, i asked him the medicine was acne scars too and he said it’ll treated by laser? There are doctors out there telling acne scar treatments, he got done with me in less than 5 minutes, i told him i saw a dermatologist before and got reaction and he was not ready to listen, the ladies on the reception also had so much attitude, **** **** * **** *** ****** *** ***** i swear, would not recommend this doctor. Go to a doctor who is ready to listen to your problems with patience and not just get done with you in 5 minutes.

Highly higly disappointed, read so many reviews but personal experience makes you learn a lot of things!

He hardly listen to patient, just give 40 seconds and gave me prescription **** *** ******** ********** ***** ***** **** *** *******

Dr.Gupta is intelligent and experienced *** ** ** ******** *** ***** ** **** ********** * He has no time to explain about disease to patients, moreover the medicines he prescribed to me were * ***** expensive which i bought from his clinic. *** ******** **** *** ** ** ****** *** ********* ** *** ****** **** *** ** ****** * *** *** ********** *** ******* ****** * He charge rupees 400 for consultation but he does not give time to his patients, just 4 minutes and you will not get cash receipt for it .

He listened to my problem and wrote down the prescription but didn't explain the problem to me. From the prescription, it didn't seem like he advised anything for another issue I told him about my dead skin. The clinic is big and with multiple patients coming and waiting, they try to rush them a little. Ideally, they should have more doctors in the clinic or take time with every patient. The medicines prescribed are only available in their in house chemist store.

I am highly disappointed with the entire experience. It was first consultation, I walked in, firstly I was asked to wait outside in the hot sun because even though they had space the person sitting at the gate was so arrogant and lazy to stand up and sanitize my hands and check my temperature (the covid 19 situation) I argued saying I don't want to stand in the hot sun at 1 pm, then after arrogant response he let me in.

Then there was no body to guide me and I sat there like a -_- for 15 mins, then I walked to the receptionist and asked what should be done to which she told me to sit and said we'll call you.

Someone came, took the fee and again asked me to wait.

When my turn came, I walked in to the doctor's cabin, he just said get your milia extracted from the side cabin and wrote some medicine, didn't give me chance to explain myself. I insisted to seeing my older prescription from the other doc and do something about the acne treatment as well, he said, "that you see what you have to do with the other doc" I stood up walked to the next cabin, ***** **** ***** ******* **** ******** *** ****** *** ***** ** **** ******** **** ******* ** *** ***** ********** ****

One of them asked me to pay and said wait in that room, pointing to a shabbyy, dirty, store room sort-of area and I did.

Then she came in applied the medicine on my face which is numb the area. Okay fair enough!

But then I waited for 45 mins, and guess what the effect of that cream was gone by then and everytime (3 times) I asked her how long it will take, she spoke very rudely saying "we'll call one by one, you go and sit"

She did the procedure and asked me to go (rudely again, yes! )
