I began visiting the doctor in 2016 after severe joint pain. The situation was bad that I couldn't even walk properly or sit with my legs folded. After visiting the doctor, I started following his recommendations daily. Besides medication, he also advised me for and guided me towards a healthy lifestyle and that's where my life began to change drastically. At first, I noticed signs of improvement in my joint only and then all over my body. Soon, I began feeling more positive, energetic and enthusiastic all throughout my day. Then I recommended the doctor to my husband who was going through similar problems. 5 years later, it's this day when we have a much better, healthier and happier lifestyle than we had in 2016.
