My mother was suffering from acute arthritis for past many years and was on regular medication. The pain was to the extent that she was barely able to walk without feeling severe pain with every step she took. I met Dr Durrani for my mother’s Knee Replacement and the way he made her comfortable in taking such a big life changing decision was commendable. The way he made her understand the procedure and the precautions to be taken after that was like he was her son.

The operation went very smoothly and to my surprise Dr. Durrani made her stand up and walk within 24 hours. It’s been 4 years now from the day of her operation and by God’s grace and Dr. Durrani’s expertise that the pain which my mother was suffering from is no more and she is living a better pain free life. The best thing about Dr. Durrani is that he does not make my mother feel like a surgeon is going to operate on her but her own son. From that day onwards my mother developed such a confidence in Dr. Durrani that she tries to talk to Dr. Durrani for any of her problems medical or otherwise. Dr. Durrani is one of those rare doctors who create a very warm bond with his patients and keep in touch even long after the procedure. At first, we were unsure about consulting a doctor at this young age of our son but finally we decide to go and are grateful that we did. Dr. Durrani very patiently checked (little children sometimes are difficult to handle)and gave his valuable advice. More importantly, it gave us confidence as parents as we had just returned from Hong Kong and getting in touch with him certainly gave us a great sense of relief.
