the doctor was not available at the clinic even after appointment was confirmed by Practo several times. the clinic is 20 km from our house and visit was a total w...ge of time and money. Staff was evasive as first they

the doctor was not available at the clinic even after appointment was confirmed by Practo several times. the clinic is 20 km from our house and visit was a total w...ge of time and money. Staff was evasive as first they said that doctor does not see patient on Saturday then they said doctor sees the pateint but not available today. they also misstated that they tried to contact but our mobile was not reachable as we were constantly receiving msg from practo about appointment confirmation.My advice please confirm from doctor directly Rather then relying on Practo for appointment confirmation.
