Surprisingly all appointment booked through practo is charged at Rs. 600 whereas all walk-in patient charged at Rs. 500 in this clinic. I have visited at least 10 different doctors through Practo, but never came across this type of practice. I sincerely request practo to look into this. Otherwise I am bound to walk-in in this clinic without prior appointment. This is totally defeating the purpose and business model of practice. As per practice app, booking an appointment is totally free whereas I am paying Rs 100 for booking an appointment. This is totally deficiency in customer service.

I went to the doctor for slight power in my left eye and headaches while being in front of the computer for too long. The doctor was concise and clear. Told me the issue and prescribed spectacles and eye drops. It's been a day and the headaches have already stopped. Would definitely recommend.

Really horrible experience. While asking about basic query, doctor start shouting on me ***** ******* ***** **** ** ********* *** experience from this doctor. Really unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Don't spend your time health and money on this clinic and doctor.

The appointment was scheduled for 6:30. We arrived a couple of minutes early and enquired about the doctor. The receptionist told us that he is on the way and will take hardly 10 mins. The time passed on and after 15 minutes we got the same response for the same question with additional detail that he was attending to an emergency(supposed) in a nearby hospital. The doctor arrived an hour late and we came to know that consultations don't start before 7:00 PM. This caused a lot of inconvenience and waste of time.

I just felt he didn't check thouroghly and

also i didn't like the clinic.

Let see what he prescribed me these medicines are effective or not.

If these drops and ointment will be effective then i can refer to others.

The locality of the clinic is not good as he taking fee.

This wonderful clinic gives such comfort and confidence. My aunt moved out feeling so confident to see the world. This is undoubtedly the finest institution for eyes. Not only is every single staff member highly professional and brilliantly competent, everyone is warm, patient understanding and patient friendly. God bless all of you. Very calm and composed doctor. Treats his patients very well. A very satisfactory experience, with a excellent and well trained staff. Highly recommend the doctor.

Doctor made us wait for 1hr in the morning. Pls consider that clinic opens @10. He wrote one medicine which was not available in the market after checking with four different chemists I went back to him to reconsider the prescription. He provided a substitute and that was available everywhere. Doctor was nice to us and quite a professional. Found it expensive.

Excellent service given. In this era such a doctor who is compassionate and only worried for patient care .. is very rare. Dr Rohit is highly recommend. He is sincere and helped me in getting tests done at discounted rates too.

Doctor advice was simple and best and also he explained how we can try some simple exercise for eyes.
