Surprisingly all appointment booked through practo is charged at Rs. 600 whereas all walk-in patient charged at Rs. 500 in this clinic. I have visited at least 10 different doctors through Practo, but never came across

I have visited at least 10 different doctors through Practo, but never came across this type of practice. I sincerely request practo to look into this. Otherwise I am bound to walk-in in this clinic without prior appointment. This is totally defeating the purpose and business model of practice. As per practice app, booking an appointment is totally free whereas I am paying Rs 100 for booking an appointment. This is totally deficiency in customer service.

The appointment was scheduled for 6:30. We arrived a couple of minutes early and enquired about the doctor. The receptionist told us that he is on the way and will take hardly 10 mins. The time passed on and after 15 min

The appointment was scheduled for 6:30. We arrived a couple of minutes early and enquired about the doctor. The receptionist told us that he is on the way and will take hardly 10 mins. The time passed on and after 15 minutes we got the same response for the same question with additional detail that he was attending to an emergency(supposed) in a nearby hospital. The doctor arrived an hour late and we came to know that consultations don't start before 7:00 PM. This caused a lot of inconvenience and waste of time.
