Although wait period was quite long but it was worth it. Dr Gupta looked at lab investigations thoroughly, gave enough time to listen to patient and answered questions with patience. The doctor is excellent but the hospital Fortis CDoc was pathetic with the entire process. My appointment was for 1pm but I entered the doctor's room at 1:40 pm only because of hospital negligence.
