Visited For Weight Loss Diet Counseling
On 27th august'2016, I joined arogyam for weight losing program. I opted for the 3 months package and was very excited about it as the reviews everywhere were too positive so how I couldn't be! But un On 27th august'2016, I joined arogyam for weight losing program. I opted for the 3 months package and was very excited about it as the reviews everywhere were too positive so how I couldn't be! But unfortunately the reviews I reckoned in were all a hoax! Why? Here goes my experience,

In the beginning they promised many things(literally MANY things), like they will contact me frequently for updates, they will provide me with the best tips, they will provide the recipes to my mom for the dishes which are included in my health plan, they will call me after every 3 weeks to visit the clinic. I was apparently impressed by these bogus promises they made in the cradle. But did they come up to all these promises? The answer is a big NO!

It had been a week since I was following there plan, I was satisfied in the beginning, I think I lost a kg in the first week. Then they called me and asked me about my experience that did I like the plan, did I follow it correctly, so on and so forth. After almost 20 days, I lost around 3 kg, which is good I think. But after 3 weeks, I was expecting a call from them to arrange an appointment with Dr. Richa Garg, but did they call me for that? NO! Things started getting clumsy from here on. My body weight got unbudgeable at 96(I joined at a 100 kg mark) and it had been a month since they had called me about the appointment plus No recipes were provided from there side! You see, how the promises they made are turning into a bait. Then at day 32 I reminded them of the appointment and then they apologised to me for forgetting (hahaha!). Then they finally fixed the appointment. And I complained then regarding the diet plan and the recipes which weren't being provided to me. So you know what they did?! They apologised again! Because that's the only thing they are good at (LOL). And I was also concerned about my weight been stuck or stabled at one point from last few days but I didn't get any elucidative answer. So after that they said they will try their best to provide me with the best they could. After almost 52 days, despite of following the diet plan and regular work out my weight was still at 95 kg. My goal was to touch 85 kg in 3 months but I was very disappointed. So after that they fixed an appointment again in which I whinged about my body weight and was asking for a reason as to why this was happening? And guess what! Dr. Richa Garg herself didn't know the asnwer! (ROFL!) and she said she would put her best efforts to provide me the best diet plan, and then the next day she provided me the same diet plan as before! So finally, after 2 months now, I thought of dropping their health plan.

In a nutshell, just don't trust the reviews with 5 or 4 stars, they are all paid. I'm providing you all with a bona fide review! It's not about the money, it's about my time which they wasted! And they can't give that back to me.
