Our first experience with Dr. Ratna puri is really good. She is very humble , polite and very patient. She makes sure to listen to her patients and give time to understand each and every problem. It seems that her decades of experience is portrayed in her immense knowledge and understanding. She is a great counsellor too. An aura of positivity around her and her smile is really soothing. Doctor consultancy is too high ( 2000/-).Doctor only discuss 5-10 minutes and only his junior will discuss .If i am paying 2000/- to discuss about my doubts then she should clear all doubts but all time occupied with phone .Once her junior discuss and noted all points based on his point she told first do test ( very costly 10 k or more) and come and told you can go now. I will not suggest . Its better to connect with other doctor at least other can give you time. Even her junior is not described about disease he told you already check from net so you can check more details on net.
