I wanted to share some important feedback regarding my recent visits to your clinic.

During my first visit, I was charged ₹800 for the consultation and ₹5,590 for minor debridement. On my second visit, I paid ₹800 for the consultation and ₹3,000 for major debridement. During my third visit, the consultation fee was ₹800, and an additional ₹4,030 was charged for minor debridement.

After discussing the charges with the doctor, I was informed that these fees are mandatory. However, based on my understanding, debridement—especially for non-complex wounds and the removal of devitalized tissue—is typically part of the dressing process, and I did not expect it to incur additional charges.

Notably, during the previous visit, the procedure involved basic dressing work, including the removal of debridement and the doctor's consultation fee, which I believe should have been part of the dressing itself. However, separate dressing charges were applied, along with additional fees. This came as a surprise to me, as I expected the dressing to cover such minimal interventions without extra charges.

This has been a disappointing experience, and I would appreciate if you could review the charges
