I have been visiting Dr. Rama Joshi for over a month and can simply say that right From entering her office and working with her kind assistant Shilpa, to the cleanliness and order of her treatment room, all the way to the check out process – her care & professionalism is second to none.

I was reluctant to go the Hospital during this time of pandemic (Covid-19). However, extra care and precautions were taken and preached by her ( be it with Sanitisation, Face Mask & Distancing ) not only for herself and her staff but for the patients and attendants as well.

As for the care she provides I truly appreciated her approach of treating me as a whole, dispelling my fears of OT.

She manages her time in such a way that she gives herself time to think and focus on her patients – no hurried review of my file as she scampers from her previous patient in the next room, and therefore no rush out the door to her next patient. That’s really nice, and not like the typical doctor. She truly cares about her patients.

What really impressed me was her handling of my fear of OT and closed spaces (I am highly claustrophobic).

Dr. Rama is a higher standard of health care, and I hope her model is the future of the medical industry.

I really thank her for the successful operation and excellent follow-ups which has led me to finally be back to my Normal routine.
