He is also available at Jiwan Dhara Clinic from Monday to Saturday from 7 to 9 pm with prior appointments. Dr. Rahul Jain MS, MCh (Neurosurgery) is a prominent neurosurgeon of Delhi- NCR region. He did his MBBS (2000), MS (2004) from PGIMS, Rohtak. Since 2004 he is working in neurosurgery and finished his MCh (Neurosurgery) from Institute of National repute- Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum in 2009. He worked in NIMHANS Bangalore, Paras Hospital and Artemis Hospital Gurugram from 2009-17 and matured his neurosurgical skills under eminent neurosurgeons. He underwent certified training in Functional Neurosurgery and DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) from Germany. Apart from his expertise in handling all types of routine neurosurgical and spine conditions, he has become a well known name in the field of functional, stereotactic and Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. He was part of team involved in pioneer surgery of Deep Brain Stimulation in India for Parkinson’s disease. He was actively involved in developing DBS for rare indications like medically refractory epilepsy, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), dystonia. He has keen interest in neuro rehabilitation of neurosurgical patients. Lastly his research instincts have brought him to join PSRI hospital. Dr. Rahul Jain has received special training in operations of spine and deep brain stimulation both in India and Abroad.
