I walked into the hospital with four tunnels in my leg , a screw in my knee and a broken acl, which were the bad result of two past surgery from a different doctor. Now I am able to run. Surgeons like you are not just doctors, but real lifesavers. I may not have talked to God in my prayers, but in your services I have seen one of His favors. Thank you.

*** **** ******** I was suffering with lower back pain for almost 10yrs post falling from stairs for 3-4 times. but after 10yrs suffering I got to know of Dr. Prateek Gupta n with his treatment only I recovered within 2 months. n never had the same pain ever again. Thank you Dr.

Consultation fees in practo was 1500. charged 2000 . It was said that fees in practo is wrong. Even after paying 2000 junior doctor took all the history and doctor did not have time to listen to history. He came , gave his judgement and went off.

The doctor made me wait for 40 minutes after which he gave me barely 5 minutes. He was polite but seemed rushed. His diagnosis seems okay but he barely answered the questions I asked. Overall, he is competent but one wants a little more value when you pay the exhorbitant 1500 rs consultation fee.

Extremely rude. *** ****** ****** * **** **** **** Did not attend to my worries, dismissed them, did not answer even 1 question I had regarding my health. Yelled at his staff while he was attending to me. 20 mins of just yelling. It was terrible to see someone behave the way he did with another human being and to top it all I was sitting there in the middle of my appointment and he buzzed his secretary to send the next patient in. I was not even done.

Basically poor customer service, 0 help in attending to my health issues.

Conclusion: After waiting for 1 hour. Paying 2000 Rs in consultation and not getting any help *** ***** ******* ** ****** I had to go to another doctor to help me. I would suggest be weary of this doctor. This is my first hand original experience.

I went several times. Doctor would spend minimal time. Took a large consultation fees, which is ok if the doctor shows some interest in resolving the patient's issue. ************** **** ****** *** ** ********* As an example, he recommended a very expensive MRI *** *** ** ******** ** ******* ** ** *** advising appropriate therapy.

As an another example, I kept asking whether insoles will help my ankle, and the doctor kept saying no. Ultimately after 1 year of payments *** ** ********* I had to seek help elsewhere. And it is insoles that really helped.

I would never go back to this doctor. He may know his work, *** ** ******* ***** ********** ** ****** ********* ******* ** ****** ***** **** ** **** ****** *****

In first visit, had to wait over 45 minutes thought appointment was pre booked. When my turn came he hardly spent 5 mts n too busy either on phone or with other patients. Second visit was also not satisfactory . My problem is still unresolved. Lack of professionalism and concern for patients.

Dr gupta explained everything in detail and explained the treatment procedure well.

The doc Prateek Gupta could not advise well. Staff impolite. Long waiting.

Besides this he charges extra to review the x ray. When refused to pay his staff kept the X-ray for review later. Which never happened ...

I am satisfied with treatment for good and quality treatment best timely advise and action and for further course of action
