An Awsome doctor who is always there to take care of you and is more concerned about you then you yourself. Her skillset and knowledge are paramount in the industry. She is an expert in scanning. I visited her during my pregnancy and she has delivered my healthy baby despite being a GD and a high risk pregnancy case.

Dr Poonam Tara is an amazing Doctor as is always full of energy and positivity whenever you meet her. Whatever time of the day she is always brimming with positivity and energy. We went to her for pregnancy scans and consultation during a complicated situation during the 2nd trimester scans and were in very complicated and scary situation. She ensured that she brought in required additional consultants where needed and went out of her way to get inputs from many other senior doctors for us to help understand the situation and chose a path forward. She is a fabulous person always worried about the patients well-being and progress. An amazing doctor to help during a very complicated phase of our journey. Can’t thank you enough Doc. Positives first: the doctor gave me information on vaccines for sexual health and pap smears as women in India are at high risk for cervical cancer. She was approachable and friendly, articulate. The office was hygienic and so was the examination.

The reason I would not recommend her based on my experience, would be that I did not receive any clear information or treatment besides what's already available online on fora on the issue I consulted the doctor for. I also felt body shamed (also had my arm and belly jiggled casually by doctor, which I found disconcerting), and the entire approach was that of, "lose weight, eat less and everything will be alright" ******* ** ********** ****** ** * ******* **** *** ** ******* ***** ****** *** ********* Said approach can be problematic as real problems may be dismissed and never brought to light, especially in a country such as India where fear and taboo exists around consulting gyanecs unless one is pregnant.

Well-spoken, humble, and sweetest doctor I have met, I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. *** ** ****** *** **** ****** *** has an ample amount of experience. I am very much satisfied with her.
