As a parent, there’s nothing more heartbreaking than seeing your child in distress. My 8-year-old daughter had always been terrified of dentists. However, a guava seed stuck in her teeth left us with no choice but to visit one.

From the moment we stepped into the clinic, we were met with warmth and kindness. The dental nurse, Kopena, was an absolute angel. She had a soothing presence that immediately put my daughter at ease. Her friendly demeanour and gentle reassurances helped alleviate my daughter’s fears.

The dentist, whom my daughter fondly refers to as ‘Aunty’, was equally wonderful. She was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain the procedure to my daughter in a way she could understand. This not only helped my daughter feel more comfortable, but also made her feel involved and in control of the situation.

The procedure itself was quick and painless. My daughter displayed courage throughout, and I think a big part of that was the relaxing environment the dental team created.

As a father, I felt relieved and grateful. Seeing my daughter conquer her fear was a proud moment for me. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to any parent dealing with a child’s fear of dentists. Their exceptional care and patient-centric approach truly stand out.

I was going through a lot of pain at the time when I came to know about this clinic. I searched on Google for this and seeing the rating and previous reviews of people, I decided to visit this clinic.

When I reached there, I was asked to sit and wait for some time. Then I met Dr. Megha who was very supportive and friendly by nature. She was expert in her work. I hardly felt pain during the entire process of RCT treatment. It took around an hour for this to get completed. Later on Dr. Poonam came to see me and to ensure that I am getting proper treatment. She sounds knowledgeable and explained my condition very well. She was very suggestive and recommended me on how to proceed further over my condition of teeth.

Second time I had to visit for capping of infected tooth, which was done by Dr. Poonam. Initially I was not comfortable with the shape of capping and it was fitting well but gradually it is getting propely fitted.

Overall it was a good experience and till now m happy with the treatment.

The very first thing that impresses is how the doctors make you feel comfortable and explain the problem patiently and in simple words. I was informed about two possible options and pros and cons of each so that I could decide. The procedure was done professionally and painlessly. In fact,then I even took both my kids for a regular dental check up and they too had a nice friendly experience and didn't react like they usually do with doctors. Strongly recommended for genuine and professional dental services.

As I was having tooth ache, I was examined and was thoroughly explained the complete treatment plan. I underwent RCT and the treating doctor gave me regular break so that it was comfortable for me. It was completely pain free and completed in minimum time. The clinic is equipped with all the facilities under one roof. There was strict compliance of COVID protocol which made me feel safe and comfortable. The general cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic is excellent. It was a pleasant experience visiting Facio Dental.

visited today to this clinic to know the cost of Root canal treatment and the procedure, for the same I visited to Reception and asked the plan cost, Receptionist asked to go to cabin where Dr. Poonam Malik was seated there, I asked about the charges she told the charges and ask for the treatment but I was hungry and not ready to undergo for the treatment, she told to come at evening.

When I was leaving from the clinic, Receptionist called from behind and ask to pay Rs. 100 as consultation charge, I was surprised and asked that i will pay the charge at evening when I will come for the consultation.

The Doctors and Staff are the most professional, kind and friendly technical staff I’ve come across. Not only did the whole process was transparent, discussed at all times but they always go the extra mile to keep the patient as the top priority. Dr Poonam was very engaging and helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. She carefully explained the situation of my teeth and what treatment i required.

Proper precautions / warnings and directions were given before the procedure. As well as advice on what and how to brush teeth in the proper manner.

Found this clinic on Practo itself. The reviews did it complete justice. It was easy to find. The staff was incredibly supportive and cooperative.I'm quite scared of dentists and I had to get 3 teeth extracted including wisdom teeth. The entire procedure was painless and explained in detail in advance. The procedure also didn't take too long and the doctor was very patient and kept asking me if i was okay or if i need a break. She and her team did not rush at all.They we're very friendly and made it comfortable.The costs here are very reasonable compared to other dentists that I've gone to and they're extremely good. I'm extremely happy with my experience. It's definitely the best experience I've had with a dentist.

I would highly recommend dr poonam for dental problems.She is well experienced and very friendly.I went her clinic for my RCT,crowns and alingers treatment because I have deep bite problem since long.The procedure was explained and performed very quickly without any pain.Dr.poonam and her while staff is very professional.I am using alingers for my deep bite issue and I am really satisfied with the treatment.I was really impressed that the clinic was well sanitized and followed all covid precautions.

Dr. Poonam Malik Sehrawat is an internationally trained doctor, assisted by very competent team of young doctors. They are extremely caring and thorough in explaining the line of treatment they are planning to do, and then complete the treatment with precision and professionalism. When I went for the treatment, I had an apprehension that the treatment may be very painful. But I did not experience any discomfort or pain. The team is also regular with their follow up, to check if I was experiencing any pain or discomfort after the treatment.
