I'm dissappointed with my experience with him to say the least. *** ********* *** ******** ** **** ***** ** ***** *** **** ** *********** Upon consulting through Pristyn Care we were recommended his name for laser surgery of fistula. He recommended an MRI. Upon consulting him, he revealed I had a case of complex fistula with horseshoeing. He said his approach for surgery will be decided on the day of the surgery itself. He had identified the primary tract but could not identify the location of the secondary tract and that will have to be seen using medical dye. Post surgery he told me he has worked on the primary tract and that he has worked as much as he could on the secondary horshoe tract. Further he diagnosed that the fistula had linkage to my scrotum and for that I should(on my own) contact a urologist which I did. It will require multiple surgeries. Throughout my treatment there was zero Communication between him and the urologist. Even after two months he was not very sure of the fistula being healed and asked me to inject some Medicines in the fistula tract for faster healing and comsult him after a month. ******* *** **** ** *** ***** ********* **** ** ******* ***** ** ********** ****** These are things which a patient should be aware of before undergoing surgery. Even his follow up team is not very keen on hearing out patients after the procedure is done. Once their purpose is over, there is hardly any concern for the patient. Recently I had some serious desease which I cannot disclose on this review but I can tell that now I’m totally fine as I got the treatment from the best doctor named Dr. Piyush sharma. ** ** ** ******** *** *********** ** *** *** *****. He do the treatment very carefully and try to solve the problem of every patients. He follow the ethics of his work as every patients is equal for him. He treat all of the patients equally. So the ethics is good. I met this doctor through pristyn care and he did my fistula's operation in march **** ***** ***** ** ** *********** *** * ** ***** ********* **** ***** Treatmeng from Pristyn care is one of my bad experience I can tell. There is still no response from the doc neither from the Pristyn care, so according to me it was a bad experience and I do not suggest this company and doctor.
