I have checked your records and found that you came on 17 Jan 2012 and after explaining all the treatment options, Temporary filling was done in Upper left 1st Molar which worked till Nov 2014.

You did not take complete treatment, missed follow-ups and check-ups.

You came after 2 years and 10 months on 24th Nov 2014 for the treatment and you were advised RCT and the permanent filling was never done in this tooth. The permanent filling was done in two other teeth i. e. Upper left 1st and 2nd Premolars. Since Nov 2014, you have neither approached me nor visited my clinic for any feedback or complaint. Overall you have paid Rs. 3350/= in 3 years for the consultations, dental X-rays and fillings of 3 teeth.

RCT charges vary from clinic to clinic and doctors to doctors depending upon the skill, expertise, experience and materials used in the treatment. Success rate matters the most than the charges and I am very honest in saying that my success rate is the highest.

Hence I feel that your feedback was due to misunderstanding or miscommunication.
