Dr. Paru is very helpful and friendly. Her treatment and prescribed medications works like magic for us. We consulted her initially during Covid and since then, anytime we are in any sickness we always prefer to consult her first and always have had swift recovery.

I was highly satisfied with the doctor. She gives sufficient time to listen all health related problems and makes patient comfortable. Further, doctor explains each and every observations. The medicine prescribed was in limited quantity with good understanding of salts. Only related and relevant blood checks are prescribed. This is again a good point. Even test results are explained for better understanding. In case of any other queries subsequently also, you can approach doctor. Consultation fees in very reasonable. I along with my family is a regular visitor to doctors since last one year and so. I recommend all to have a positive experience.

I don’t have any issue in consulting some other doctor but she should have talked in a polite way. I agree that she might not be available at that time but you must have spoken instead of messaging me that she can’t talk. I really request you to please cancel the online consultation mode if you can’t help the patients. From my side, I highly recommend please don’t consult her atleast online

I took my Nani to Dr Paru, she has been very polite and helpful. She checked my Nani, asked several questions regarding the problems my Nani was facing.

She was very thorough with the checkup and prescribed medications that were suitable for an 82-year-old woman (no heavy medications or anything), some doctors have a tendency to inflate small matters and forcefully prescribe various test but that is not the case here.

Dr Sharma specifically mentioned that Nani's problems were not that big so she won't be prescribing unnecessary test.

Medicines prescribed were also readily available.

I was suffering from fever , vomiting and loose motion from 8th days and having medicine from other Dr prescribed but nothing was happening then I have decided to use practo and find out best Dr for myself who have experience and well versed with current pandemic..
