She subsequently served as a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where she catered to the mental health needs of students and staff. Dr. Rajhans has worked extensively with anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, addiction, and other psychiatric conditions across diverse age groups.
She has special interest and advanced training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (Certification from IACAM – Indian Association for Child & Adolescent Mental Health) and Perinatal Mental Health (Certification from NIMHANS, Bengaluru). Believing in holistic and patient-centred care, she integrates psychotherapy into her practice and is certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy from the Beck Institute, Philadelphia.
Dr. Rajhans has multiple research publications and awards to her credit, including the prestigious Balint Award, which acknowledges excellence in the doctor–patient relationship and the humanistic aspects of medical practice. She is also a member of the Indian Psychiatric Society and the Indian Association of Social Psychiatry.
