Dr. Neha Sood is very kind and friendly nature. She helps in providing not only best treatment but also best advice to her patient. During the OT days she also attend her patients on urgent basis. ***** ********* *** ****** *** **** ** *** ******** Thanks.

Doctor is very polite, Patient and answers all queries in a very satisfactory Manner no wait time.thank you.

Under prime subscription I was told that the wait time will be 60 mins but I have waited for 2hrs for my number . You all should not promise if you can’t keep it

My appointment time was 2 PM, i reached there at 1:50 PM, and doctor was went for for. I was the only patient and 1st in the queue so i waited till 2:45 PM, when she came, 2 patients went inside without their turn and when i asked nurse to stop them then she said they are here to show reports only. So I waited another 20 Min.

When my turn came, she did all the check up and prescribed 4 medicines including vitamins tabs (don’t know why)

Totally wasted my Rs 1700/- and 90 min

Not paying attention towards patients. Not listening the problem and start to reports checkup like x ray and ct scan directly. Dr. Neha is selfish and a black spot on renownd BLK a famous hosp in world.

Plz take it seriously.

Visited for my child, already took appointment and paid but staff did not guide properly and when told to Dr that we are waiting for four hours she did not listen at all and was very rude.
