Dr. Neha Jain

I have been consulting Dr. Neha Jain(Fortis hospital Vasant Kunj) for my wife's maternity. The way she goes into detail of each underlined problem area, be it's organisation of any test details or maintenance of any future tests which not only gives level of comfort to patient/attendant but makes them realise that you are being taken care by such a professional person.

This pandemic situation is a nightmare when someone is going through maternity journey. Dr. Neha and their staff gives proper advise to patient is at ease.

During the complete journey after conceiving to birth of a child she does give proper note of each visits to patient's which helps is guidance for each step of the pregnancy.

She knows how to set an example with such an advise if something needs to be taken care seriously and to be followed by patient. Also if patient is panicking for something which is not really important, she does proper counselling so the patient is at comfort. Also despite having a busy schedule all over the day, while listening or addressing to patient she gives proper ear/advise/time.

Any emergency situation, patient is always the first priority in Dr. Neha's list.

To achieve all the above Dr. Neha has created such a wonderfull team under her with proper training she has given so that the same advise and understanding goes from each line of duty with her team from top to bottom or bottom to top. Without naming them or thanking them it would be incomplete..Ms jyoti, Ms veronica are the team which we came across the journey have always been such a professional behaviour and kind gesture which took us hand in hand.

I really appreciate and thanks a ton to Dr. Neha Jain and her team for the way we are being taken care at hospital.

Doctor was friendly but the experience with receptionist of Cronus multi speciality hospital was not good because it's clearly mentioned that consultation fees is 600 but they asked me to pay 700.

We are consulting Dr. Neha since early days of pregnancy and shall continue it post delivery. Dr. Neha is ***** *************, experienced, conversant with the treatment & its complicacies in pregnancy. She guided us well during the treatment with regard to relevant tests, proper medicines & injections, diet, exercise, lifestyle modifications, moral boost up. She also guided us well even in the odd hours for our covid-19 treatment during advanced stage of pregnancy (7th month) and assured us for safe delivery of baby during this difficult times of pandemic. We are highly satisfied with the doctor and shall continue our treatment with Dr.Neha.

My appointment was at 7:30pm on 12th Feb, 2019, Tuesday. I reached the clinic at 7:20pm and there were two people waiting before me to go inside. At 7:45, the doctor had a pregnant couple in her office while I was waiting for my turn outside. Because of UTI (and I was holding my pee since the toilet at the clinic was extremely dirty), I was going through a lot of pain and was hoping for some painkillers or something. At 8:00pm the husband from the couple (inside with the doctor) was talking about his political career and his life back in Bihar and all sorts of irrelevant topics with the doctor. I could hear it because the door of her office was open and I was sitting right outside. Me and my boyfriend were getting impatient as I was almost in tears because of the pain. Ultimately I got up at 8:10 and went inside and politely apologized for interrupting their conversation and asked to speak with the doctor. Then the couple got up and left after greeting the doctor. I was trying to speak and start telling her about my problem when she interrupted me and told her assistant that she must close the door next time a patient walks in so that nobody hears the conversation outside. The consultation wasn't that great because she scared me saying 'kuchh bi ho sakta hai UTI mein'. Then she asked me drop off my sample for tests and the reports are going to come today, when I am already better and back in office. **** ************ *** ******** ****** *** ** ** * ** ******** ******* *** ******** *** *** **** **** ** *** ****

It was wonderful experience with Dr.Neha jain. She is very polite and professional doctor. I recommend everyone to visit her for treatment.

I have approached Dr. Neha during my wife's pregnancy. She is very polite and experienced. She handled the case from beginning until the delivery. She encouraged us for normal delivery and God blessed me a baby girl under her guidance. She was present at the time of delivery and owned the complete delivery process.

I was blessed with a baby boy three months back. The way Dr. Neha handled my entire pregnancy and delivery was commendable. She was always available for all my queries.Its about near my delivery date i got pain i didn't sleep holenight properly next morning i visit to Dr Neha she just touch my abdominal pain gone at that moment i really think in her hand some magic

Today we just chatted up and I shared my medical history. I was taken aback by the way she listened to me patiently. The Dr was sensitive and a very good listener. That was something I look forward to. Glad that she was just like that. Tests are scheduled. So nothing else, the environment is warm and welcoming too
