I recommend Dr Neha, she cured my eyes since 2 yrs and result is good. before this I visited many Clinic but not happy.
Visited For Headache
I would not recommend this doctor for any checkup. I went to visit her yesterday after one other doctor referred me to her. After one hour of dialating my eyes, I finally got to meet her. She asked me to sit on a chair where she did some examination by shedding light in my eyes and then asked me to do a retina test. I don't know whether she was in some kind of hurry or what but I expect a doctor should ask a patient what is the issue he/she is having(which is basically the purpose of visit) and then explain the possibile causes of problem and the also explain the purpose of the test, instead of writing some test randomly(just for the sake of writing something). I paid a handsome amount of consultation(600 Rs) and was expecting atleast that the doctor listen or ask me about the problem, but that didn't happen. And as a doctor, as my eyes were dialated, I should ideally be advised by the doctor to not go directly in sunlight for driving and that also didn't happen and I had a very hard time driving my car. Very much disappointed with the overall experience.

I visited I-Care today as I've blur vision in my right eye. I met with Dr. Neha Goel there. As it was my first interaction with her, I expected she would listen to my problems properly and answer my questions.
As per consultation process, she would resolve my doubts and would explain me about my disease properly.
But she dint allow me to speak anything, just explained everything in a robotic way with smile and asked me to go for some tests(Angiography and Tomography). Even she din't explain anything about them.
After completion of tests, I met her again and she repeated the same thing and asked me to leave.
I'm completely dissatisfied with the way she responded. If I'm going for a treatment for most important component of my body, at least I've my rights reserved to know each and every thing about the decease and treatment plans and processes. I don't know why she was in much hurry and just trying to get rid of her patient.

Pleasant doctor with a calming way of explaining the diagnosis. Neat and clean centre. Good with children.
Doctor and the staff were helpful and cordial, explained the issue well and spent enough time to resolve the issue
