I,being an employee of NDPL,was suffering from spondylolysis in the year 2007.After undergoing treatment by Dr.Neeraj Jain I became 95 percent o.k within 6 months.Now I am 100 percent alright since then.I and my wife are all praise for Dr.Neeraj Jain.May God shower on him his blessings to serve the man kind and give him sound health and long life.

Upon reaching reaching we were informed that appointment is based on first come first served basis and not on basis of scheduled appointment.

Had to wait for 1 long hour for our turn.

Turn came around 2030 hrs even though scheduled appointment was at 1930 hrs.

It was not recommendable there at balaji action hospital, paschim vihar, I am shocked with my experience on 1/4/17. I never expected Dr. Neeraj Jain to provide that kind of services. We met him first at his residence clinic near kohat enclave on 28/03/17 and he suggested some x-rays and some medicines, he told us to meet him after 3-4 days and he also told that the medicines won't work she would need to go for some injection which will cost around 5k FOR US. he said that meet me at balaji hospital as I m available only there for 2 weeks. Now he called us b/w 3-4 pm on 1/4/17 when we reached there around 3:10 pm, he was not there and he reached around 4. Now the scene started we were waiting and we saw many students entering the room (private ot, R. No. 8022) Balaji action hospital, he took almost 40 mins on every patient for consultation sort of matters and he did not follow the queue as we're the 2nd as per the queue but after forcing his subordinate I managed to meet him at no. 6 and now when we met him after a wait of 3 hours he was clueless even after looking at his own prescribed sheet that what treatment is given and he was in a hurry of doing something quickly I don't know what all but he was still looking for some other patients may be the known ones and he told his subordinate that he should have made us wait. The new part is that after explaining the thing all again he forgot that he quoted 5k for injection and now the new price which he was quoting was 10k and I told him that u said that it will cost 5k and then he said that we don't give those rates, with sadness and an expression of favour he said okay 5k if I said so.

Now the thing is that he spent 40 mins on every patient because he made every patient an article of exhibition and the relatives are not allowed to step inside, he is operating every patient in front of 17 students and my mom had severe pain in leg and shoulder, he made my mom sit for 3 hours already even after this when she stepped in, he was trying to make every of the student to touch the pain area of my mom "that is being inhuman" my mom stopped 4th person trying to touch my mom as it was hurting and the lady before my mom had her backbone operated and this doctor showed her back to 17 other people, I m glad that my mom's leg pain was not treated at that time else this doctor would have made my mom an article of exhibition.
