I have met Dr Mrinalini through a friend who got skin graft surgery done by her , neatly and perfectly done . I had a bothering , tiny cyst (causing little numbness in fingers) on my palm which i ignored at first , later it started increasing in size. I was worried and hoping it disappears by itself , i consulted Dr Mrinalini , i put forth all my questions and concerns .

She was such a blessing , she asked me to get an ultrasound done and , she explained me clearly about the cyst and addressed all my queries with patience , she diagnosed it as possible ganglion cyst , she shared all her valuable knowledge and treatment protocol she gave me two options , one- because it is not a very dangerous disease i can wait for few more weeks and see if its reducing in size / vanishes , second i can go for excision surgery . She didn't rush me at all , i decided to wait and see .

After few weeks it grew in size and started causing pain in my hand , i followed up with her , she said its time for surgery , i was terrified about the whole anesthesia thing and surgery , she gave detailed description and step by step clarity on whole procedure and put me at ease , she also counselled my family very well . She charged very reasonably for the surgery , as she said it was a very smooth ride , no difficulty watsoever for me , i went into OT with cyst and came out with micro-stitches , minimal pain , minimal cut , very aesthetically done and on top of all 'no side-effects , no additional injury , no symptoms after surgery' , she discharged me the same evening , Thanks a lot mam .

She is so dedicated and caring , the proof is that after surgery she showed equal responsibility as before , she personally did dressings for me thrice and was always available to answer my silly questions . She didn't prescribe lot of medications or injections . She is perfect at her job , i would have gone to any surgeon but her profile is so strong and her attitude is very sweet , after surgery she showed me the cyst ,which was sent to lab and it was found to be a ganglion cyst as she expected it tobe . I wish i never have to meet a doctor again for surgical / plastic / cosmetic reason but if you've got one then she is it .
