My first child born at your clinic 3 years ago... treatment and management was excellent however things are not same now.... i called the clinic at around 9 PM to book an appointment however it was not entertained ask me to call at 9 AM in the morning..... called sharp at 9 AM got the appointment (serial no 13) looking at the number of patient we thought of visiting the doctor in the evening..on reaching at the hospital at around 6 PM the receptionist bluntly refused to help us ... informed us that morning appointment will not be entertain in the evening and refuse to give evening appointment too..... please correct the visiting hours in Pacto.
