Experience with the doctor is okay. But a lady staff at the Reception was not at all co-operative and her behaviour was not up to the mark. She was not answering to my questions and was in a very adamant and rude attitude.

Dr. Monica is very professional. She has explained me the root cause and prevention of my concerns. .Definitely recommended :)

I was suffering with skin infection on my right leg, which was started with small pimple like issue from April 2020 i.e.during lockdown. I have taken treatment from one of the reputed dermatologist however it was just keep on vanishing and reappearing in 2 to 3 days. Everyone in my family has been treated and gotten advice from Dr.Monica. She’s very polite, understanding and thoughtful in the solutions she provides and a great listener. Excellent service, the team at skin decor is great. I have been consulting doctor Monica for my face acne and laser hair reduction. The results have been great within a month my face acne cleared up completely. And for hair reduction I have experienced amazing results, after the first sitting itself I could see results. Vinita & Akanksha are great at what they do and they ensure they inform you on the details of the process and make it as comforting as possible. I visited the centre first time and the Doctor I visited was friendly in nature and understanding the patients query and giving the correct and appropriate resolutions for the same . A very good doctor and the entire staff present at the clinic was helpful in nature and taking the first priority of patients is the main moto of the clinic as I observed at my first visit at the venue.
