I have been taking my wife to see her since March 2019 for the prenatal appointments, and have been happy with services rendered. We see Dr. Madhu, who has a great bedside manner, and has been great at making us comfortable and answering all of our questions. One service that is great is the "ask any question" function in the clinic, this makes asking questions without hesitation and hassle free.

This is the second time we have been consulting her for our baby delivery, her support at the time of our first baby delivery was exceptional and that fetched us for the second time.

She is so humbled, cool, polite having high level of patience.

In short, just dont think even for a second, if you need to have any consultation related to women.

She is the only doctor in Delhi who makes normal delivery mostly. She never does surgery till it is critical.

She delivered my baby boy in September 2020. I had been going to her since May 2020. She is the most friendly and accessible gynaecologist i have ever visited. She is very patient to solve your queries since I was a first time mom. She takes time to answer even your silly questions. I went to Dr Madhu during my pregnancy and even for my emergency C sec, she was the one. She is very responsive and takes care of the patient on a personal level that you don't hesitate to discuss anything.

She doesn’t prescribe unnecessary medication and counsels you to follow healthy diet throughout the pregnancy. She is very prompt to respond to your concerns and is always reachable whether on phone or whatsapp . We had very positive and happy experience with her . We delivered twins recently with her and they came at 33 weeks . She is extremely conscious and handled my emergency delivery quite well . Even in operation theatre , she was telling paediatrician to take care of our babies and that the pregnancy is very precious to her . The babies were in NICU for sometime and she was then also very concerned and used to take regular updates and kept visiting us . When we took babies to show her later , she showered her motherly love to them . In short , we trust her and strongly recommend her.

This was my 2nd visit (the last time the matter was resolved to my satisfaction) and the doctor is helpful and professional. She listened to my problem though I felt that perhaps she could have been a bit more patient with the details I was providing since I felt that it was important to provide full information. In any case, she is an experienced doctor, prescribed medicines and asked me to return so that was encouraging. I do think the clinic should get a card machine since it's inconvenient to go to the ATM if one is running low on cash, which in this day and age, is common.

We are recently blessed with a baby girl through normal delivery. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Madhu Goel, she is very friendly and approachable. She has always been available at the time of need. I would like to thank her for all her support and guidance throughout my pregnancy. We chose Fortis La Femme for our delivery because of Dr. Madhu Goel and not the other way round. We can, without a second thought, recommend Dr. Madhu Goel to anyone looking for pregnancy checkup / delivery.

She's very caring doc, advices only whatever is required and has empathy which is not found in most of the doc these days. Her advices we're perfect. Although we did not get our delivery done here as my wife went to her home town for that but I would rate her on full scale for the treatment and care given.
